​DAMARIS is a 5-piece alternative rock band based in Austin, TX, led by front woman Damaris Swails. Vocal-focused and heavily inspired by 90's and early 2000's rock, Swails' piercing vocals and raw emotional high notes pack a punch, delivering powerful performances supported by the band's dynamic and energetic sound.

In 2017, Swails met guitarist James Warren while working on her debut EP, "Bound to Break," and added him to the band.

In 2022, DAMARIS released their first full-length album, "Burn It All," featuring songs about finding yourself and being unapologetic about it. The following year, they released a three-song EP called "Sonic Rodeo Diary." The band is currently recording a new album set to release sometime in 2025.

The current lineup includes Tony Gonzales on drums, Jonny Hovious on bass, and Alex Ramirez on keys, alongside Swails and Warren.
